Digitalisation and Services

SEMA51, 7,5 credits

Do you want to learn more about digital services and the challenges of digitalisation? Apply to our course in Digitalisation and Services, which gives you an understanding of how digitalisation affects the service sector and service organisations.

In today's digital society, we need an understanding of digitalisation and its impact on our society. In this course you will get an insight to how digitalisation affects services, how services are digitalized as well as how new services can be created through digitalisation. In this course the more theoretical and critical perspectives on digitalisation and service, will be combined with more practical perspectives. The teaching will give you an opportunity to both discuss and put theory into practice.

In this course you will get an insight to how a digital service can be developed in addition to the more theoretical perspectives on digitalisation and service. The teaching involves a large number of seminars where you reflect on different  perspectives on the relationship between digitalisation and service. At the end of the course you will also get the opportunity to convert your acquired knowledge into practical exercises.
