Students from all over the world on the master's programme

Arrival day 2019

During the past two weeks, the new international students arrived at Lund University and Campus Helsingborg. Around 90 students, with nationalities from all over the world, were welcomed on the Master's programme in Service Management.

The new master's students had a solid social schedule during their "Introduction weeks". Among other things, they had a midsummer party, went to Ikea and took the ferry to Helsingör. They where also offered lectures full with information for their new life in Helsingborg and some also visited the City Hall in Helsingborg.

The team from Agora, which organized this year's introduction for the international students, are all current students on our Master's programme in Service Management. This year's project manager, Ellinor Newall, says that the best thing about working with the introduction is that everyone in the team works so well together and prepares the various activities for the students together.

- It's variety, joy and laughter! It affects the new students - that everyone has fun together and does not let anyone be alone!

The first course started yesterday, and this year's introduction weeks are now over. Ellinor Newall wishes that the new students  feel ready for two fun years of study in Helsingborg.

- I hope that they made friends for life - from all over the world and also learned about new cultures.
