The nomination reads as follows:
The topic addressing electronic market places is highly relevant and important to both theory and practice, as this area is in strong growth and development, but research is still largely lacking. The thesis refers to previous research, contributing further to the theoretical field by presentation of an exploratory study based on grounded theory. The methodology is well elucidated and the results are presented well in a well-written and logically structured manner. The results of the exploratory study are discussed in light of previous research, and point to relevant research as well as managerial implications.
The winner was announced on 4 June during the graduation ceremony for Master's students of the Faculty of Social Sciences.
