Master students collaborated with Danish students

Master students on the service management program collaborated with Danish students during a two day workshop on April 23-24.

This is the fifth year that tourism researchers from Copenhagen Business School and Lund University, Department of Service Management and Service Studies, collaborate to develop a two day workshop on social media and tourism for students of their Service Management programs. The workshop, which takes place in Helsingborg and Copenhagen campuses, combines research on destination marketing and social media, philosophical approaches to digital media, and digital design methodologies. Ana-Maria Munar from CBS and Mia Larson from ISM, LU,  coordinate this initiative.

This year Dimitrij Aleshkov, co-founder and CTO Wellbefy, was the invited guest lecturer talking about his experiences as a digital entrepreneur in Helsingborg. The students developed and presented digital service prototypes for six different fan communities: ABBA, Games of Thrones, El Camino del Santiago and nomad families.
